Lack of hyaluronic acid
What is hyaluronic acid?
Hyaluronic acid is protein substances or so-called polysaccharides that are found naturally in the tissue of our body, where it is able to bind moisture. Over the course of age, the amount of the substance will decrease. It is also estimated that an adult has 1/20 hyaluronic acid compared to an infant.
One gram of hyaluronic acid is even enough to bind a whole 1 liter of water! It is therefore not surprising that the substance is a completely unique anti-aging booster for the skin. When the hyaluronic acid level decreases, the connective tissue will then also lose moisture and volume. Likewise, the supporting tissue could collapse, thus wrinkles and fine lines appear.
Where is hyaluronic acid used?
Hyaluronic acid is known in fillers for skin and lips, where it functions as a natural substance that will both degrade itself over time and not cause damage to the body. In our assortment you will find the acid in the critically acclaimed Fillerina. In addition, it is particularly used in supplements, creams, oils and serums.
Lack of hyaluronic acid
When our skin suffers from a lack of hyaluronic acid, it is reflected both in the form of wrinkles, a lack of glow and a dry and flabby skin structure. If you want to regain the skin's elasticity and moisture, you can advantageously use skin care products with hyaluronic acid, which both help the skin absorb moisture and retain it.
As always, it is more important to prevent than to rebuild. You should therefore also start your anti-aging skin care already in the young years, around the age of 25.
However, hyaluronic acid is not the only culprit in the appearance of wrinkles. The skin's collagen content also helps to cause our youthful and radiant appearance to become a thing of the past over the years.
