We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Our anti-acne pack with turmeric is a compound pack that is particularly good against milder acne, skin redness and other types of skin irritations. At the same time, it reduces redness and soothes skin diseases such as eczema and rosacea.
It is composed of 5 products that are all made from natural ingredients, so it is gentle on the skin and can therefore be used over longer periods if required. Many types of skin irritations and general redness can come back over time, even after treatment. It is therefore important to start treatment as soon as possible. The sooner you intervene at visible signs, the easier it is to keep it down or completely away.
Face wash gel with turmeric:
Face wash gel with turmeric cleans and exfoliates the skin. Turmeric is a natural antiseptic that is effective against acne and prevents bacteria from spreading. At the same time, your face is left cleansed, smoothed and more radiant than ever. Even better, it's gentle enough for everyday use.
Turmeric tones:
Vitamin C toner with turmeric promotes firm and healthy skin, it minimizes wrinkles, treats hyperpigmentation, regulates the skin's oil production, minimizes redness/irritation in the skin and improves skin structure.
The vitamin C toner with turmeric gently refreshes your skin without removing its natural moisture and without irritating the sensitive skin. In addition, the toner prepares the skin so that it more effectively absorbs the subsequent skin care.
Turmeric Serum:
Turmeric serum can be used for both severe and mild acne breakouts.
Our turmeric serum is rich in vitamin C, turmeric, ginger root extract and aloe vera extract. Here you get a serum that minimizes fine lines, wrinkles and dark areas, tightens the skin and restores collagen production and at the same time fights acne breakouts. In addition, this serum adds antioxidants and hyaluronic acid that moisturises, brightens and evens out the skin's tone.
Anti-acne cream:
Our anti-acne cream contains the optimal combination of ingredients to fight acne and reduce scars. With daily use, you will achieve moisturized skin, minimization of pores and skin where oil production is in balance.
Our Anti-acne cream unblocks the sebaceous glands and fights the bacteria that cause blackheads and impure skin.

Turmeric Oil:Turmeric is full of antioxidants that are able to rebuild and repair damage in the skin
Turmeric oil improves the skin's natural shine. Turmeric is a natural anti-inflammatory and helps reduce redness and soothe skin conditions such as eczema and rosacea.
Når det kommer til hudplejeprodukter, er det vigtigt at kende ingredienserne i de produkter, du bruger på din hud. Trin 1: Face wash gel med gurkemeje
Fugt hænderne, tag en passende mængde gel ud i dine hænder og massér det godt ind i ansigtet og de steder du ønsker behandlet. Sørg for at alle områder et godt dækket. Herefter vaskes ansigtet godt med rent vand og der tørres evt. efter med et håndklæde. Lad huden få et par minutter inden næste skridt.
Trin 2: Gurkemeje toner
Tag din Gurkemeje toner og spray ud på en vatrondel eller direkte i hånden. Massér det herefter godt ind i huden og de områder du ønsker behandlet. Her skal ikke tørres efter med et håndklæde, idet toneren selv skal trække ind i huden. Toneren kan påføres direkte, her skal man være ekstra opmærksom på at ikke få den i øjnene. Dette er specielt vigtigt da toneren er relativt kraftig og vil svie en del. Giv huden et par minutter til at tørre, inden man går videre til trin nr. 3
Trin 3: Gurkemeje serum
Når huden er tør, er det tid til serum. Pipetten i dit serum gør det nemt at ramme de ønskede områder og kan derfor lægges direkte på, uden at serummet skal ud i hænderne først. Herefter masseres serummet godt ud i ansigtet med hænderne. Igen er det vigtigt ikke at ramme øjne eller andre irritable områder. Lad serummet tørre godt ind. Skal ikke vaskes af. Lad huden tørre i et par minutter inden sidste trin.
Trin 4: Turmeric Oil
Påfør et tyndt lag olie (2-4 dråber) på ansigt og hals. Oilen kan påføres med pipetten. Derved optages den ikke i hænderne.
Den kan dog også påføres med hænderne. Lad huden tørre af sig selv, så oilen trænger helt ind i huden
Trin 5: Anti-acne creme
Til slut lægges der en forsegling på huden i form af vores anti-acne creme. Pump et par gange på pumpen, så der er kommer en passende mængde ud. Fordel herefter, med hænderne, et godt jævnt lag i ansigtet og de steder, der har fået behandling. Massér cremen godt ind i huden og lad den tørre.
Du er nu færdig med din Anti-Acne rutine. Fortsæt med dette forløb hver aften til det ønskede resultat er opnået. Herefter kan der med fordel skiftes over til en Retinol pakke der vil forebygge nye udbrud. Skulle der alligevel komme et nyt udbrud er det vigtig at man kommer så tidligt i gang med acne behandling som muligt.

The parties to the agreement
"Purchaser" is used for the natural person who mainly acts outside his profession and who, by placing an order to BIO-Vitae, makes an offer for the purchase and delivery of certain goods.
In the following, "BIO-Vitae" is used both for the natural or legal person who, upon order confirmation, accepts the Buyer's order and sells the ordered goods, and for the website from which goods are presented and ordered.

Prices:
All prices are daily prices and only valid on the day of the order. Price changes may therefore occur.
All stated prices include 25% VAT.
Payment:
The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL) which only you and PBS can read. Thus, no one else sees or stores the information about you. When purchasing with a Dankort or credit card, the amount is deducted from your account as soon as it leaves BIO-Vitae. If you choose to receive the item with cash on delivery, the amount is paid upon receipt of the item.
We accept payment with Anyday.
The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.
When you choose to pay with Anyday, the first payment is deducted when the item is shipped. You will then pay your monthly benefit on the last working day from the coming month, and three months ahead.
No fees or interest will be charged for your purchase if you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will end automatically.
We do not charge card fees
The risk of accidental demise or deterioration:
Only at the time when the ordered goods have come into the Buyer's possession does the risk of the ordered goods perishing or being damaged due to accidental circumstances pass to the Buyer.
Complaint:
According to the Sales Act, BIO-Vitae provides a 2-year right of complaint from receipt, for manufacturing and material defects (deficiencies). The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention.
The invoice must be presented to BIO-Vitae in connection with the application of the complaint.
Any complaints about defects in delivered products must be made to BIO-Vitae within a reasonable time after the Buyer has or should have discovered the defect. Otherwise, the Buyer loses his right to claim the defect. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.
Please state and show on request what the defect consists of.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

BIO-Vitae has made it easy for you to get relevant information on other websites through links. These websites are outside BIO-Vitae's control. We can therefore in no way be held responsible for the content on these pages.
Information about the ordered goods from such websites is not included in the description of the ordered goods in the agreement between the Buyer and BIO-Vitae.
The Seller is not liable for direct or indirect losses as a result of the ordered goods arriving late to the Buyer, or the ordered goods suffering from defects, when the delay or defects are due to the Buyer's act or omission or force majeure
BIO-Vitae does not provide an independent guarantee for the ordered goods, and the Buyer only obtains the guarantees that the manufacturer issues to the Buyer.
Right of withdrawal:
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
If it concerns an agreement for regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to Kundeservice@bio-vitae.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
Certain items cannot be returned by normal post. This applies to: (insert item types).
The cost of returning these items is expected to cost no more than: (insert amount).
No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be cancelled:
Delivery of sealed goods which for reasons of health protection or hygiene are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery,
The condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement.
We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Access to complaints

In order to be able to complain, the product or service that you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. It costs a fee to have the complaint processed.

Personal data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:

We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with BIO-Vitae ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it.
